Satish Gogia is a Chartered Accountant and financial markets pioneer with over 38 years of experience across capital markets, commodities, and virtual assets. Over the course of his career, he has built a multi-jurisdictional financial services ecosystem spanning India, the UAE and Mauritius, with a consistent focus on regulation, technology, and investor protection.
As a founder, he has created and led several regulated entities, including Gogia Capital Services Ltd. in India, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and a member of NSE, BSE and MCX, as well as Arab Global Commodities DMCC and Arab Global Capital LLC in the UAE, both regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). Through these institutions, he has been actively involved in equity, derivatives, commodities and currency markets, serving a wide spectrum of institutional and high-net-worth clients.
Satish has a strong track record of innovation in trading and market infrastructure. He introduced India’s first online trading platform and later launched Asia’s first WAP-based mobile trading system, well before digital trading became mainstream. He has also been a leading market maker on international exchanges such as DGCX and CME, providing liquidity, tighter spreads and improved execution quality for market participants.
Expanding his global footprint, he incorporated Arab Global Securities Limited (Mauritius), which is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC Mauritius) as an Investment Dealer – Full-Service Dealer, further strengthening the Group’s international reach and regulatory standing.
Today, Satish brings this depth of experience to Arab Global Securities Ltd., where he is focused on building a highly compliant for retail and institution-grade virtual asset platform for Indian and global investors. Under his leadership, the exchange is designed to combine robust regulation, advanced technology, deep market expertise and a strong culture of governance—offering clients a secure, transparent and globally connected venue for trading digital assets
